Today we welcomed the Royal Air Force to Trinity Academy New Bridge. Sgt Gemma Kimble who has served 17 years within the RAF spoke with our year 10 and 11 learners about her experiences but also informed our learners about careers within the RAF and the procedures and requirements that are needed to join up. Gemma commentated that the group were especially well-behaved and were a great audience. Mason, one of our learners, commentated whilst talking to Mr Foley over lunch that the presentation had been an inspiration to him and it would be a career he would like to pursue.
