National Poetry Day
Today we celebrated National Poetry Day! This year’s theme was The Environment. Learners took part in a range of activities in English and Art based around the poem, What is Pink? By Christina Rossetti.
In English, learners created a collaborative poem based on different colours in nature. In Art, learners listened to the poem and drew images that they associated with each verse.
